Steps to budget and forecast in QuickBooks

Step 1: The first step is to review last year's data

·         Ensure to set the fiscal year correctly.

·         And then, head to the company menu and choose my company

·         After that, choose the pencil icon and report information

·         Make sure that the first month of the fiscal year is correct
